We are making sure our Team Members are following all the guidelines and recommendations given by the CDC, Federal, State and Local Public Health Officials including Governor Inslee’s Proclamation 20-25.8 “Stay safe, stay healthy” updated 1/11/21.

We continue to provide excellent services as we consult, plan, design, and restore outdoor living spaces and community areas. We are committed to keeping our clients, our employees and the community safe. We have implemented the following action plan:

  • Our Landscape Consultants and Designers will continue to meet with prospective clients. During meetings they will keep 6 feet away from you, wash hands and use hand sanitizer before meetings and send all correspondence, reports, drawings (where possible), and design specifications via email.

  • Our office personnel are working remotely.

  • Our Managers are checking on Team Members daily making sure they are not sick and sending home anyone that is sick.

  • Personal Protection equipment is provided to all employees (field and office).

  • Team Members are required to wear gloves and face-coverings (either disposable or washable) while on your property or jobsite.

  • Team Members are being asked to practice social and work distancing while on jobsite, lunch, etc. (keeping 6 feet distance between each other).

  • All employees are being asked to wash their hands and avoid touching their face.

  • I need to keep a log of any client interactions for 30 days, including your contact information, to facilitate any contact tracing that might need to occur.

  • I will notify you immediately should I become sick and test positive for the virus – and I would ask you to do the same for me.

Please reach out to us if you have any questions.
